Candle: Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting. Burn on a heat-safe surface for 2–3 hours at a time to establish an even melt pool; extinguish and allow to cool before moving.
Rollerball Oil: Apply to pulse points (wrists, inner elbows, neck). Reapply as desired. For best layering, light the candle during your routine and finish with a light roll of the oil.
